The challenge to every person who practices transcendental meditation is to be able to bring his hidden potential out into his daily life. This activity only requires about twenty minutes of your time, performed two times a day, to be able to take effect in its best form. The technique is recommended for 20 minutes twice per day. According to the Maharishi, “bubbles of thought are produced in a stream one after the other”, and the Transcendental Meditation technique consists of experiencing a “proper thought” in its more subtle states “until its subtlest state is experienced and transcended

It is geared towards the growth of the entire self. By drawing energy from within, you will be able to improve your outer self and your whole life. Once the gap has been bridged, you can expect to experience a new personality, a new lifestyle, and a much better outlook in life.

Research has shown that regular TM practice improves ones productivity and creativity. So if you’re struggling to come up with a solution to a tough dilemma or need a fresh idea to impress your boss, devoting time to meditation each day can certainly help give you that clarity of mind necessary to break through your mental barriers.

He also teaches that the Transcendental Meditation practitioner transcends all mental activity and experiences the ‘source of thought’, which is said to be pure silence, ‘pure awareness’ or ‘transcendental Being’, ‘the ultimate reality of life’
